Marija Lazovska is a PhD student in Molecular Biology and a researcher at the Scientific Laboratory of Molecular Genetics, Riga Stradiņš University. Her research focuses on cell-free DNA and fragmentomics in male infertility, with particular interest in developing non-invasive molecular approaches for assessing spermatogenic function. She is currently working on the SPERMFREE project, which aims to translate seminal plasma cell-free DNA biomarkers into a clinically applicable tool for evaluating testicular function in men with severe infertility.
